Thank you for shopping with Drifting Time Coffee. We take pride in delivering premium, freshly roasted coffee. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Due to the perishable nature of coffee products, we do not accept returns on opened or used items.
We will gladly offer a replacement or refund if:
- Your order arrived damaged or defective
- You received the wrong item
- Your order was lost in transit
Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Opened coffee products
- Gift cards
- Clearance or final-sale items
- Custom or limited-edition products
3. How to Request a Refund or Replacement

4. Refunds
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Processing time: 5–10 business days
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was ours

Approved replacement orders are shipped at no additional cost.
